BLOOMS is a Tearoom & Restaurant in Emsworth. Offering all-day dining from breakfast through evening meals. Located at the Emsworth Hotel in Hampshire, we serve freshly prepared, homemade food in three unique spaces: our charming tearoom, spacious 120-seat function room, and iconic vintage BLOOMS Bus.
Whether you're looking for a casual coffee and cake, our famous three-tier Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea, a contemporary evening meal, or a venue for your special celebration, BLOOMS offers something deliciously different.
All our food is made on-site by our talented team using seasonal ingredients. We're fully licensed serving cocktails, wine, beer and spirits, and we cater for all dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Discover BLOOMS after dark. Our Emsworth restaurant offers contemporary British cuisine, family favourites, and an extensive vegan menu, all made fresh on-site using local Hampshire produce.
Enjoy dinner in our beautiful dining room. Full bar service with cocktails, wine, and bottled beers.

our Afternoon Tea celebrates the season with homemade treats served across three tiers. Available daily from midday til 3pm in our pretty tearoom, Garden Room, or BLOOMS Bus (hire only).
Perfect for special occasions, celebrations, or treating yourself to a traditional afternoon tea in Emsworth.

Freshly ground coffee
As well as a range of teas, hot chocolates and milkshakes. We are also licensed to serve beers, wines and spirits.
Homemade deliciousness
We make all our cakes on-site at BLOOMS. Everything is fresh and doesn’t contain tonnes of preservatives. We also make gluten-free and dairy-free cakes for those with dietary needs.
Parties, events and celebrations
We can cater for groups of up to 100 people with three spaces available for hire across BLOOMS.
