Parties at Blooms

We want to ensure everyone has a fabulous time on the day, as such, please ensure you have read the following information about your party booking. We’re happy to help in any way and our team will ensure you are well looked after on the day.

To enquire, please complete the form opposite, but first, please read our terms and conditions:

Room Hire

We ask that all parties groups over 12 people are required to pay for room hire and have exclusive use of the space. This is charged at £100 per hour. Parties typically require two hours. Room hire charge is non-refundable when the event is less than two weeks away, including if numbers drop below 12 people.


We ask for a £5 per person deposit for parties of over 10 people.

Payment of the balance

The balance is due for payment in full, a minimum of 7 days in advance of the booking. After this time we cannot refund for no-shows, but we can box up food items for take-away on the day.


We sell food, cake, drinks, alcohol, so please DO NOT bring your own.


You are welcome to bring decorations to celebrate, we just ask that these are all taken away with you after the event. In addition, please note:

Please be careful not to damage walls or ceilings when affixing or removing your decorations
Please DO NOT bring confetti/table sprinkles or confetti balloons as these are extremely hard to clean up
Cakes and other third-party food items

Please note that we DO NOT allow the consumption of third-party food items on-site. We can offer celebration cakes for you to enjoy on-site. You are welcome to bring third-party cakes with you, but you cannot eat them on-site. Equally, we are unable to provide packaging for your guests to take third-party cakes home.

Dietary requirements

We ask that we be given all dietary requirements a minimum of 48 hours before the event to avoid any delays on the day.

Booking times and prep time

You will have booked an arrival time for your party. Please note that you can decorate for the event 15 minutes before the booking time. If you need longer than this please arrange this two weeks in advance of the event to allow us to (if possible, not guaranteed) book out time in the diary.

Menu choices

For party tables over 10 people, we ask that you all have Afternoon Tea (after midday) or Morning Tea (before midday) to allow us to serve you all at once. We have a small kitchen and, in our experience, this results in the best experience for everyone. We can cater for most dietary requirements and can change sandwich options on request, well in advance.

Additional items that are ordered on the day

The booking party is responsible for all final bills or outstanding payments as part of the booking. We reserve the right to change any chards details held for outstanding balances. If you prefer, we can ask everyone in your party to pay as they go for any extra items. For Afternoon Teas, please note that only the following items are included in the package:

Prosecco on arrival
Refillable Tea or Coffee

Choose from:

Pot of Tea, Latte, Americano, Cappuccino, Flat White, Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate, Coke, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino or Sprite.

Additional or different drinks are chargeable.


We have lots of free parking on site. This is, of course, on a first come first serve basis. Free parking is available in surrounding roads, if necessary.


We have music playing around the cafe including in the bus and barn. If you have exclusive use of an area, you are welcome to bring your own music device, but it must not interfere with other areas of the cafe.


We ask that everyone is respectful towards our hard-working staff, we will not tolerate rudeness or aggression at Blooms. We also ask that the party does not affect the enjoyment of other customers at Blooms on the day.
